# Combien de temps se conserve le suif ?

Le suif de bœuf est naturellement très stable et peut se conserver 6 mois à un an à température ambiante dans son pot en verre, et plus d'un an au réfrigérateur. Après ouverture, nous recommandons de le consommer dans le mois, avec une conservation au frigo.

__Conditions idéales :__
* Refermer le pot en verre après chaque utilisation
* Ranger le pot dans le frigo
* Éviter les fortes variations de température (ex : près d'une cuisinière)
